Tuesday morning crash in Elkhart County leaves a Goshen man dead

A Goshen man has died following a crash in Elkhart County.

Crews were called to US 33 and CR 40, southeast of Goshen, just after 11:00 a.m.

According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s office, 37-year-old Christopher Clark was traveling west bound on CR 40 east of US 33 while riding a Bike, when he failed to yield right of way and pulled out in front of the Dodge, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police report that Clark was not wearing a helmet at the time.

The driver of the Dodge was uninjured.
