Man arrested after fight over parking space, loud music results in gunfire

An argument over a parking spot and loud music leads to shots fired and a man placed under arrest.

Police were called on Saturday, July 31, to the 1800 block of Pulaski Street where they encountered Robert Ullery III, 29.

According to the police report, Ullery confronted his neighbor over where he parked his truck.

The two got into an argument.

The man turned up some music to a level that further angered Ullerly, who allegedly got a gun and fired several shots into the air, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

When asked what happened, Ullerly confessed to firing the shots. He’s faces a count of intimidation.
