A woman was arrested Saturday after allegedly fighting police while intoxicated in the drive thru of a Taco Bell in Mishawaka.

It happened on Saturday, Aug. 7, when officers were called on the report of an unruly driver.

They approached 38-year-old Terra Lindsley in the drive-thru and noticed she had been drinking.

Police told her 9 times to get out of the car before she did, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

They say she wouldn’t follow commands, struggled when they tried to cuff her, banged her head against the inside of the squad car, screamed at the officers and kicked one three times.

According to court documents, she also tried to bite staffers at the St. Joseph County Jail while they were booking her.
