Officers pulled the woman’s vehicle over, last week, after investigators say she pulled in front of a police car on Cassopolis Street.

While talking to the driver, the officer say a 2-year-old child unrestrained in the vehicle, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

22-year-old Kylena Day was taken into custody on preliminary charges of neglect of a dependent and driving while suspended.
