Four giraffes now populate the zoo’s new 10 thousand square-foot Giraffe Conservation center.

Guests at a recent Winter Day event had a chance to get a sneak peek at the gentle giants, all male, who will make their public debut on April 1st.

Visitors will have the chance to pet and feed the giraffes in the upcoming season.

For now, until they are ready to make their big entrance, visitors can see them getting used to their new surroundings during the next two Winter Days, on March 5th and March 20th.
