A new train station and apartment building is supposed to be built in downtown Michigan City.

WSBT reports that it will be known as “11th Street Central” and the construction project is valued at $80 million.

It supposed to have more than 200 luxury apartments, a parking garage, and more than 10,000 square feet for commercial use.

Construction is set to begin in the summer of 2023.
