A man from Washington has been arrested — suspected of firing a crossbow at two people during an argument.
Police in Plymouth were called, early Monday afternoon, May 23, to the 1700 block of North Michigan Street after a shouting match led to the suspect, Andrew Edgar, 38, of Tacoma, Washington, to allegedly fire the crossbow at a man and woman.
