Todd Rokita, ban on abortions due to race, sex, or disability

Indiana’s Attorney General and his team are not wasting any time now that the Supreme Court’s ruling on abortion is official.

Indiana, in recent years, has passed several abortion laws that ran into legal roadblocks almost immediately.

Now, after the US Supreme Court overturned the Roe vs Wade decision, Attorney General Todd Rokita is asking courts to lift the injunctions against several provisions, including a ban on abortions sought specifically because of an unborn child’s race, sex or disability…

a ban on those abortions in which a fetus is dismembered…

and a requirement that parents be notified when a court approves an abortion for an underage girl
