A GoFundMe account has been opened to raise money for the Curious Kids Museum in St. Joseph after a fire, earlier this week, forced its closure.

BOSS Services is organizing the fundraiser.

They say that they will match donations made on the GoFundMe up to $5,000 until July 17.

Part of the ceiling as well as walls have been torn out, due to the electrical fire on July 5.

Some of the museum was also affected by water damage, after crews sprayed and put out the fire.

Curious Kids will be closed for the rest of July or longer, depending on progress that’s made.
