A special guest to look forward to at a South Bend Cubs game later this month.

A former Chicago Cubs pitcher is hosting a meet and greet at Four Winds Field.

Kerry Woods will be at the game against the Lansing Lugnuts on August 31.

VIP meet and greet packages are being sold for $100 each.

Only 110 packages are available.

Wood is set to throw the ceremonial first pitch at 7:05 p.m., before the game.

He will also sign autographs after the game on the concourse.
