Man released from attempted murder charge arrested again

A man released from an attempted murder sentenced was arrested once more.

But this time, on a drug-dealing allegation.

The man, 50-year-old Mack Sims, was arrested in Goshen last week.

The Elkhart Truth reports that 21 grams of cocaine were found during a traffic stop in July.

He is facing charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sims was convicted for attempted murder in 1994, which was reversed in 2019, for the non-fatal shooting of a security guard.

LOL….. Well she is in “re-education” going to college so there’s probably not much to hope for.
