A Niles man has died after a crash in Van Buren County.

Police say that the driver of the van, Renato Florez, 44, crossed the center line on 90th Avenue.

That’s when he hit the motorcyclist, Darek Bullock-Mills, 27, head on. Bullock-Mills died at the scene.

A woman on the motorcycle was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Florez was arrest on suspicion of OWI causing death and serious bodily injury.
