Motion to dismiss charges against teen accused of killing child, denied

The motion to dismiss charges against the teenage boy accused of killing 6-year-old Grace Ross, last year, in New Carlisle has been denied.
With that, Anthony Hutchens trial on murder and child molestation charges is moving forward in adult court.
Hutchens has also been deemed competent to stand trial.
Whether his trial is determined by the bench or by a jury remains to be seen, through the defense had previously requested a bench trial.
