CVS has released a statement after one of their former employees was arrested and charged in the Delphi murder case.

At Monday’s press conference, Richard Allen of Delphi was identified as the man arrested and charged in the 2017 double murder.

CVS released a statement Tuesday saying that Allen, a former employee, is no longer employed by the company and they stand ready to cooperate with the police investigation in any way that they can.

CVS said they were shocked and saddened to learn that one of their former employees was accused of the crimes. Allen’s trial is scheduled to begin on March 20th.

Was he a “former employee” before or after the charges were filed? I have mixed feelings on firing people before due process happens.
