Warsaw man killed in crash on State Road 25

One man was killed and several were injured in a head-on collision on State Road 25 in Warsaw.
The collision happened around 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 26, near County Road 100 South,  according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
Investigators say a 1996 Toyota SUV driven by Fidel Vasquez was headed south on SR 25 when it crossed the centerline and struck a 2017 Ford F-150.
Vasquez, 49, of Warsaw, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 37-year-old Warsaw man in the pick-up truck was taken to the hospital with a broken arm. Four passengers in his vehicle were treated for minor injuries.
