Concert season is in full swing- and it’s no secret that there have been issues trying to get highly-sought-after tickets.
With Taylor Swift’s Eras tour coming to Chicago June 2 through 4, it’s clear the demand for her tickets far outweighs what average Americans are willing to do for a concert ticket.
While nearly half buy concert tickets as soon as they’re available, 1 in 3 are worried they won’t be able to get a ticket to a show they’d like to see. With Taylor Swift being the most popular tour in the country, their fears are justified.
The study also shows Americans plan on attending an average of 3 concerts and will pay an average of $113 per ticket and more than 45 percent would consider getting a second job to help pay for tickets.
