A Goshen man was arrested after an alcohol-fueled hit-and-run crash.

Officers were called around 8 p.m. on Friday, June 9, to Lincolnway East and Monroe Street.

They say one vehicle involved left the scene without exchanging information. The vehicle was later located. Rodolfo Ginez De La Luz, 23, was arrested for allegedly leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and never obtaining a driver’s license.

Rodolfo submitted to a chemical test with a result of point-2-3, nearly three times the legal limit.
