One suspect is in custody and two are on the loose, after an armed robbery in Farmington Hills.
Michigan State Police Paw Paw Post troopers were called on Thursday, June 15, around 2:00 a.m., on reports a vehicle involved in a robbery. They say that the people in the vehicle were allegedly armed and dangerous.
Troopers found the vehicle in Kalamazoo County, heading westbound on I-94 at around 3:00 a.m..
When officers tried a traffic stop, the driver fled, going more than 130 miles per hour. The driver lost control after stop sticks were used in Berrien County.
The driver crashed into trees. The three in the car fled on foot.
The alleged driver, a 22-year-old Illinois man, was captured and taken to the Van Buren County Jail, on charges including fleeing and eluding.
Authorities say that they are still looking for the other two suspects, described as black men, ages 20-25.
