35-year-old Douglas Jordan of Warsaw was arrested after allegedly stealing a car around 7th and Madison Streets, and leading police on a pursuit.
Jordan reportedly has many charges and a hold was put on him for parole violation.
He was taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
