The South Bend Police Department is now accepting applications for our 2023 Citizens Police Academy.

The 9-week academy meets Tuesday evenings from August 8- October 3. This free experience allows citizens to get a first-hand look at what it’s like to be a South Bend police officer… and also includes interactive demonstrations from some of our department’s specialty units.
