UPDATE FROM ELKHART POLICE: On July 18th we had requested the public’s help in identifying a female individual in connection with an ongoing fraud investigation. This individual has been identified. We thank members of the public who submitted tips, and we will provide further updates on this investigation as we are able to do so.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Elkhart Police Department is attempting to identify the individual in the picture in regard to a fraud investigation occurring at several Michiana businesses, including one location in Elkhart.
