An employee at the Praxis-Landmark Recovery Center has been placed under arrest.

The St. Joseph County Warrants team was sent to the center around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, after dispatchers got a call about a Praxis employee with outstanding warrants, on-site and on the clock at the facility.

Shortly after arriving, officers picked up Kalesha Bell, 31, of South Bend for warrants related to Conversion and False Informing.

County Police say both cases are unrelated to Bell’s employment with Praxis.

She was transported and booked into the St. Joseph County Jail.
