A fire in three oaks resulted in a death.

It happened on Tuesday, when a blaze broke out at the Lakewood Estates Mobile Home park off Warren Woods Road.

Fire crews say that they found a 59-year-old man outside who was able to escape the flames. He is being treated for smoke inhalation.

62-year-old Dawn Popp was pronounced dead.
