One of the last places operating in Benton Harbor’s Orchards Mall has closed.

The Mall Post Office says they shut down their operations temporarily on Wednesday, citing “safety conditions” without elaborating on what those might be. WSJM reports that those who use the mall location can now retrieve mail from their P.O. Boxes at the Post Office on Riverview Drive, roughly four miles away.

No reopening date for the Mall Post Office, which has two employees, has been given.
