It turns out the man accused of beating an 81-year-old woman in her residence using a broken lamp, has a documented history as a registered sex offender…

Court records reveal Randy Scott, 68, is a registered sex offender in both St. Joseph County and the state of Alabama.

In 1997, Scott was found guilty of molesting a seven-year-old girl in Hendricks County, Indiana. And, in 2003, he was convicted of sexual abuse involving two girls, aged seven and 12, as reported in various accounts.

We need to keep people like this goon locked up. Then throw away the key. You mother, daughter, or grand daughter or even your wife will thank you in the end.

I don’t want them to be released on the streets, but I don’t want to pay to lock them up forever either. There’s a 3rd option that we need to use more…
