It’s time for the 25th Annual Michiana Chili Cook-off.

Over ten local restaurants and organizations will offer sample size portions of their “winning” chili as they compete for the 2023 Michiana Chili Cook-Off traveling trophy.

Past entries have included squash, white, vegetarian, vegan, beef, pork and chicken, with just about every type of bean as well as no beans at all.

Some of this year’s confirmed participants include The Oasis, Unity Gardens, Chartwell, Cultivate Food Rescue,  Bistro 933 and many more.

It’s happening Sunday, Oct. 8 from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Central Park in Mishawaka. Adult tickets are $10 and child tickets are $5. Both can be purchased at the door.
