The man who attacked his uncle and accused him of sleeping with his mother was seen in court Thursday morning.

Doug Streetman was seen on charges of burglary resulting in bodily injury, intimidation, criminal mischief and domestic battery.

The probable cause affidavit says officers were dispatched for a burglary in progress on Farming Ave.

The caller said her cousin, Streetman, had entered his uncles home by breaking the window and that he was drunk.

The Goshen News reports that the victim had been punched in the face several times and that his nephew had accused him of sleeping with his mother.

He also allegedly threatened to kill him and left the property in someone elses car.

Officers located the vehicle outside a residence and were advised that Streetman was inside where he was then arrested. His trial is scheduled for June.
