Representatives Bucshon, Houchin introduce 21st Century Dyslexia Act

Representative Larry Bucshon (R-IN-08) joined Rep. Erin Houchin (R-IN-09) Wednesday in introducing the 21st Century Dyslexia Act.
A bill that intends to modernize Dyslexia identification and reduce the chances that the learning disability is unidentified amongst students.
Rep. Bucshon has a child with dyslexia who he claims, “has taught me that despite its commonality the condition is often difficult to detect and treat.”
The two Indiana Congressmen were joined by one Democrat, Rep. Julia Brownley (D-CA-26), and one Republicans, Rep Bruce Westerman (R-AR-04). The bill was introduced in the Senate by Dr. Bill Cassidy (R-LA)
