Nappanee man arrested after motorcycle, vehicle collision

A Nappanee man has been arrested after a vehicle and motorcycle collided in Elkhart County.
The crash happened around 4:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 30, on U.S. 6 at County Road 9.
Elkhart County Sheriff’s deputies say John Yoder, 22, was traveling westbound and failed to yield at the intersection.
The motorcyclist collided with the back passenger side of Yoder’s car.
The 59-year-old Milford man operating the motorcycle was thrown from the bike. He was taken to the hospital with head, neck and chest pain.
Yoder was arrested for suspected OWI.
