Congressman Rudy Yakym voices thoughts on infrastructure, energy projects

You hear a lot of talk from politicians about infrastructure and energy projects.
Indiana Congressman Rudy Yakym wants the system to change. The National Environmental Policy Act, otherwise known as NEPA, requires the feds to assess the effects projects could have on the environment.
Yakym says far-left activists abuse the system and veto anything they don’t like, so he’s introduced an amendment to study how to best streamline projects and avoid bottleneck issues.
