Benton Harbor pastor found not guilty of criminal sexual conduct allegations

Benton Harbor Pastor and civil rights leader Carlton Lynch was found not guilty last week.

Lynch was charged with criminal sexual conduct and bribery after a woman said he grabbed her rear end and then offered her money to “make the problem go away.”

ABC 57 News says Lynch was found not guilty on both counts on Thursday.

Lynch has said that he is glad the process has ended and that he is looking forward to getting back to caring and advocating for for the Benton Harbor community.
