Buchanan Commissioners formally request for Commissioner Dan Vigansky’s resignation

(95.3 MNC)
The Buchanan Commissioners have formally requested Commissioner Dan Vigansky’s resignation after four separate allegations were raised against him.
A special meeting on Monday centered on his future, but he chose not to attend. However, he did take part in the regular meeting.
One of the allegations accuses Vigansky of releasing confidential information to former city manager Ben Eldridge regarding an investigation into complaints against Eldridge.
When questioned about his absence from the special meeting, Vigansky dismissed it as a “dog and pony show,” stating, “Why should I come down here and waste my voice when I got better things to do. I was taking a nap, so I took a nap.”
