Court-appointed attorneys representing the suspect in the Delphi murders case have submitted a motion to withdraw from the case.

Public defenders William S. Lebrato and Robert C. Scremin filed the motion on Wednesday, after the Indiana Supreme Court’s decision to reinstate Richard Allen’s original attorneys, Andrew Baldwin and Brad Rozzi.

Richard Allen faces charges related to the killing of Abby Williams and Libby German in February 2017.
