Some of Elkhart County’s best local chefs will be featured as Culinary Crossroads presents its On The Road Dinner Series.

The organization shines a spotlight on people, products, places and services that define Indiana’s culinary landscape.

As part of their effort to do so, some of Elkhart County’s best local chefs will join in the evening of March 26 to collaborate on a multi-course menu featuring a variety of hors d’oeuvres with complimentary sparkling wine, beer, a signature cocktail and a four-course wine-paired meal.

Chris Janowsky of Elkhart, Sylvia Awald of Middlebury and Robert Standen of Nappanee will be featured during the evening.
