A New York man was arrested in LaPorte County after leading deputies on a short chase.

It happened around 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, in the 4200 East block of US 20.

Qihui Sun, 33, of Queens, was pulled over after county deputies determined he was speeding and failed to stop.

Tire deflation devices were used to get the man to stop after the chase moved onto State Road 2 and into St. Joseph County.
