Murder suspect to undergo post-conviction relief

Jarrod Spigutz is undergoing post-conviction relief for his 60 year sentence, according to his attorney.

The now-25-year-old was sentenced in 2018 for the murder of 20-year-old Jared Foltz, who he allegedly shot during a marijuana deal gone wrong in the Menards parking lot.

According to The Goshen News, Spigutz’s attorney requested a further status conference which is scheduled for October 3.
