Noble County daycare operator charged with child molestation

Prosecutors in Noble County are charging 55-year-old Robert Neace with a Level 4 felony of child molesting.

He is a co-operator of the Junior Jungle daycare with his wife, Viki, at a home in Kendallville.

Police were notified in July 2022 about possible child molesting after a parent contacted the Department of Child Services.

The child told authorities Neace “licked her butt” with her pants down in the toy room and the bathroom and said he did it “all the time.”

Neace was arrested last Wednesday at the daycare and was released on bond.
