A Goshen woman has been arrested after police received a call about somebody smashing windows.

It happened just after 6 p.m. on Monday, April 8, in the 700 block of South Main Street.

Shortly after their arrival, Goshen officers arrested Tiffany Pacheco, 25, on preliminary charges of criminal mischief, strangulation, and domestic battery in the presence of a minor.

Pacheco was taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
