Elkhart Police investigating break-ins at three local businesses

elkhartpolice.org

Elkhart Police Department believes some break-ins at three businesses, overnight, Sunday morning are connected.

Elkhart Police were called to the Food Shack on Bristol St. for an attempted burglary. They say a man entered the business by breaking glass on the drive thru window. It’s not believed anything was missing.

A few block away and a few minutes later, they say a man kicked in the back door at Tacos Acapulco and took a tablet and cash from inside the register. He got away in a vehicle with a female driver.

ABC 57 News reports police believe both those crimes could be connected to a break-in at Mr. Bubbles on Main Street where the storage area was damaged.

Anybody with information is asked to contact the Elkhart Police Department.
