A 41-year-old man from Fort Wayne was arrested Thursday for providing and smoking marijuana with his 15-year-old daughter.
On February 24th, the Fort Wayne Police Department received a complaint about a juvenile. Detectives say Keith Tolomay, 41, had reported been providing and smoking weed with his daughter. After Tolomay was interviewed by law enforcement, detectives learned this was something he had been doing with his daughter for the past two years.
Tolomay was arrested Thursday and moved to the Allen County Jail. Tolomay is preliminarily charged with one count of contributing the delinquency of a minor, a level 6 felony.
