Another man has been sentenced in connection with the shootout at the River Terrace Apartments last year.

29-year-old Terrence Turner of Benton Harbor faces 165 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

During the July 2023 shootout, an apartment across the parking lot was struck five times with bullets.

Turner, a convicted felon, was prohibited under federal law from possessing firearms, and he reportedly pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in January this year.

Turner is just one of multiple shooters in the incident.
