Holtec says they are making progress in their efforts to reopen the Palisades nuclear power plant. The group says they have brought in some of the critical employees for the process, revitalized their training programs, firmed up their funding, and procured plant systems and components.

WSJM reports that more than 360 Holtec associates are now employed at the plant, 150 more than when the restart program began.
