Man arrested after crashing into light pole, being found with methamphetamine

25-year-old Trevor Collings was arrested after police received a call from a concerned citizen following Collings after he reportedly crashed into a light pole and headed southbound on South Main Street in Elkhart.

When the officer arrived, he noticed the smell of marijuana, and a search of the vehicle turned up several grams of meth, marijuana and THC wax.

The Goshen News reports Collings was sentenced to a total of six years and charged with possession of meth.
