60-year-old William Merry was sentenced to six years after being charged with dealing meth.

He was stopped by police for failing to signal and having window tint violations, but when police arrived at the vehicle they smelled marijuana and found a canister with a bag of meth in it, and a purse in the passenger’s seat was found to contain marijuana and several empty plastic bags.

The Goshen News says Merry had been on probation at the time, but his charges caused his probation placement to be revoked.
