A 16-year-old boy on a bicycle is recovering after being struck by a vehicle.
It happened around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, at the intersection of County Road 15 and County Road 45.
Elkhart County Sheriff’s investigators say a 44-year-old Goshen woman driving an SUV failed to yield at the intersection and struck the boy.
She says she didn’t see him. She was cited for failing to yield.
The boy suffered just knee pain and refused medical care.
