UPDATE: William Casey has been located and is safe.

ORIGINAL STORY: The South Bend Police Department is attempting to locate William Casey, 74, who was reported missing from a nursing home on the city’s south side.

Casey was last seen around 12 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3, at Trailpoint Village in the 1900 block of Ridgedale Road.

He is 5’9″, approximately 155 pounds, and has short gray hair and a goatee.

He was last seen wearing a white shirt, brown pants and sneakers.

Casey has several medical conditions, including Alzheimer’s Disease, and is believed to be in danger.
