A juvenile boy was taken to the hospital after a utility-terrain vehicle crash in Cass County.

Cass County Sheriff’s deputies were called around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18, to Brush Lake Road. The investigation showed that a U-T-V driven by a male juvenile, lost control on the rocks of the dirt road, and rolled the UTV onto its top.

The driver didn’t sustain any injuries, but his passenger was taken to Memorial Hospital in South Bend with minor injuries.

Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
