A South Bend man with a criminal record is heading back to prison, this time for illegally having a gun. According to the Department of Justice, Tony Young is now facing more than nine years in prison.
Earlier this year, police were apparently investigating “drug activity” at a Mishawaka home where Young had likely sold meth. In searching the home, officers say they found a stolen gun.
After prison, the man will be subject to another three years of supervised release.
