The City of South Bend’s leaf pickup dates have been announced.

They’ll begin on October 28 and will run through November 22. Residents can rake their leaves to the curb or put them in waste bins for regular pickup.

Leaves will be picked up by zone each day. A map of zones, as well as the zone schedule, can be found on the City’s website.

Leaf pickup is offered for those living outside of city limits, but residents must register for St. Joseph County’s Voluntary Leaf Collection Program.

As for Mishawaka leaf pickups, residents can expect them to begin around the end of October, though no date has been set at this time.
