Goshen man arrested for OWI, marijuana possession following traffic stop

A police traffic stop on East Monroe Street in Goshen led to the arrest of a Goshen man for operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.
Police conducted the stop, Friday morning, Oct. 18, after the vehicle was linked to a hit-and-run collision. The driver, 58-yar-old Larry Foster, was allegedly found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana.
Foster was taken to Goshen Hospital for medical evaluation and a blood  before being transported to Elkhart County Jail.
